Formation of Contract

A binding contract is formed only when the customer completes an order via our website and we accept that order by sending an order confirmation email.

The confirmation email will contain all key details of your order, including items purchased, total price, and estimated delivery timeframe.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, for example if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error is identified. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

04

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (ÂŁ) and include any applicable taxes. Any shipping costs will be shown clearly during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card and debit card
  • PayPal
  • Other electronic payment methods offered on our website
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of your order. We do not offer credit or payment on delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery to the UK: 7–14 business days from dispatch

We ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process. If a delay arises, we will notify you promptly.

As we ship from Germany, orders may pass through UK customs. Any applicable import duties or VAT upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.

06

Right to Cancel and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days as a goodwill gesture.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email at support@zelyan.store before the cancellation period expires. We will arrange a free returns label and process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.

For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

07

Faulty or Defective Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty, not as described, or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. If that is not possible, a refund will be provided.

Please contact us at support@zelyan.store if you receive a faulty or defective item.

08

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

09

Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

10

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
