Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without charge. We go further than this statutory minimum and offer a 30-day free returns window for your peace of mind.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. You are always entitled to your legal rights as a UK consumer, regardless of the conditions below.

Returns Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Personalised or custom-made products are exempt from returns, unless they are faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us by email at support@zelyan.store to submit your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is confirmed, we will send you a prepaid returns label along with instructions on how to send the item back.

Package the item securely and send it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Free Returns

Returns are completely free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid returns label — you will not incur any additional costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund promptly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch with us. We will check availability and arrange to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zelyan.store.

We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund at no additional cost to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
